Daniel L. Keppler
Overview
As Foster Garvey’s general counsel, Dan oversees and implements the firm’s professional responsibility, client intake and risk management programs. He advises and educates the firm’s attorneys and staff on legal ethics and best practices.
Dan occasionally counsels professional and institutional clients on risk management issues, particularly involving securities liability and professional liability.
In Dan’s prior role as a litigator, he handled securities litigation, legal malpractice defense and complex business litigation.
