As a junior associate, you’ll work closely with innovative and experienced attorneys who value you and are genuinely invested in your development. With our firm’s focused and efficient team model, you’ll work alongside just one or two principals on a client matter. Our first- and second-year associates get to deal directly with clients, negotiating contracts, assisting in notable transactions, deposing witnesses, drafting critical motions, and sometimes even second-chairing a trial. As your skills grow, so will your opportunities. Many of our senior associates take lead roles in client service delivery.
