3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

4. Authorized Jurisdictions
The Online Information may be accessed worldwide, but Foster Garvey attorneys are licensed only in the jurisdictions listed in their individual biographies in the Online Information. Unless specifically stated, no attorney is certified as a specialist by any professional or governmental authority. Practice group listings or other indicia of expertise do not imply certification.

Any other use requires our prior written permission. Trademarks contained within the Online Information (other than Foster Garvey’s) are owned by their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
7. Repeat Infringer Policy; Copyright Complaints
We respect intellectual property rights and have a policy of terminating access for repeat infringers under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law. - Violate any law or facilitate illegal activity
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Transmit unsolicited communications or defamatory/fraudulent material
- Violate security or integrity of the Online Information
We may limit or terminate access for violations.
10. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless Foster Garvey and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Online Information, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Online Information is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Online Information will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foster Garvey will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Online Information. Our total liability will not exceed $50 or amounts paid by you (if any) for the Online Information.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington (without regard to conflict of laws principles). Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts in King County, Washington.
14. Miscellaneous
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Online Information.
