- Easements 101: A Primer. 8:00 a.m. Chelsea Glynn will cover the fundamentals of easements for those who are newer to this area of law.
- Introduction and Overview: 8:35 a.m. Chelsea Glynn and Paul Trinchero, Program Co-Chairs.
- Oregon Case Law Update: 8:45 a.m. Paul Trinchero will present on recent easement cases from the Court of Appeals, including methods for litigating easement cases in Oregon.
- Easements and Indian Lands: 10:30 a.m. Chloe will discuss ceded lands issues, how Indian country/Indian land is defined, jurisdiction over easements on Indian lands and the application process for easements on Indian lands.
