Overview
Through her broad experience, Chelsea has developed a unique ability to analyze legal issues across business and real estate matters to find pragmatic solutions. She approaches each client’s legal issues with an open mind, listens actively and puts her client’s goals first.
Chelsea’s practice focuses on business and real estate transactions. She frequently represents individuals, businesses, municipalities and nonprofit organizations in sales, acquisitions and other commercial agreements. Additionally, she frequently handles commercial leasing matters for a wide range of properties, including agriculture, multi-family, retail, industrial, cell tower and office.
Chelsea also has experience with financing transactions, representing both borrowers and lenders in negotiating and drafting loan documents and preparing opinion letters.
Chelsea was previously a Division I collegiate tennis player and enjoys spending time with her many animals.
