Overview

Through her broad experience, Chelsea has developed a unique ability to analyze legal issues across a broad range of practice areas to find pragmatic solutions. She approaches each client’s legal issues with an open mind, listens actively and puts her client’s goals first.

Chelsea helps clients with an array of real estate and land use matters, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and easements. She frequently represents municipalities, public hospital districts, and housing authorities in real transactions and leases. Chelsea previously worked as a county counsel for Washington County and is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where she serves as Chair of the Legislative Committee.
