Join Andrew Schillinger on Wednesday, June 3, from 3:00-4:30 p.m. for a CLE session titled, “From Contracts to Compliance: Health Law Basics That Impact Business and Contracting Legal Advice and Client Decisions.” This presentation is intended for non-health care attorneys who work with or advise health care providers or related entities.
This presentation is eligible for 1.5 CLE credits (pending approval by the WSBA) and will explore key fraud and abuse laws, federal health care reimbursement frameworks, privacy and security requirements, and core compliance obligations that impact legal advice and client decisions.
A health care law background is not required. Any attorney who works with health care providers or entities that work in health care will benefit from this CLE.
