“2024 Employment Law Update,” The Rural Collaborative
In a session at The Rural Collaborative, home to 26 rural public hospital districts in Washington state, Labor, Employment and Immigration attorneys Jared Van Kirk and Matthew Kelly reviewed recent legislative changes in employment law. They highlighted important updates affecting employee protections, including changes to minimum wages, overtime exemption criteria and noncompete and pre-employment testing rules.
