Foster Garvey is pleased to announce the arrival of Gabriel Corwin as an associate in the firm’s Investment Management group. He has experience in corporate and fund formation landscapes and is well-versed in representing clients of all sizes through the fundraising process.
Gabriel joins Foster Garvey from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati where he supported the fund services group as a corporate associate. He has facilitated a myriad of fund formation and structuring transactions for domestic and international capital and private equity funds, ensuring compliance with relevant securities laws and exemptions under the 1933 Act.

Gabriel holds a law degree from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Pacific University in Japanese and History.
