Foster Garvey is pleased to announce the arrival of Karly Fisher, Graham Fulton, Kenzie Kinsella, Jake Riggs and Arlington Schade as Associates* in the firm’s Seattle, Spokane and Tulsa offices. The arrival of this talented group across three of the firm’s offices reinforces our commitment to growth and development in a variety of practice areas to further bolster our commitment to client services.
Karly Fisher returns to Foster Garvey, joining the firm’s Litigation group with a focus on Indian and Tribal law. As a 2024 Summer Associate, she focused on Indian law and conducted research on federal case law regarding sovereign immunity, and drafted contracts and compliance plans for tribal entities. She also published an article in the Tulsa Law Review on the negative effects that mugshots have on the reputations of Native American individuals and communities. While in law school, Karly served as the Articles Selection Editor for the Tulsa Law Review and was an active participant in the Native American Law Student Association. She holds a J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from Oklahoma State University.
Graham Fulton returns to Foster Garvey, joining the firm’s Litigation group. As a 2024 Summer Associate, he drafted an amicus curiae brief with Washington’s Family Violence Appellate Project (FVAP) in a Domestic Violence protection order and custody proceeding. During law school, he clerked at the Washington Attorney General’s Office, gaining experience in drafting, research and litigation strategy. He demonstrated his leadership at Seattle U Law through his roles as Editor in Chief for the Seattle University Law Review and Regional/National Competition Co-Chair of the Moot Court Board. Graham holds a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Washington.
Kenzie Kinsella returns to Foster Garvey, joining the firm’s Commercial, IP & Technology group after gaining experience as a 2023 and 2024 Summer Associate. Previously a member of the Native American Law Student Association at UW Law, Kenzie brings a passion for social justice and advocacy to the team. Before pursuing her legal career, she served as a Research Intern at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, where she collaborated with team members to perform lab procedures and analyze data. She holds a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Women's & Gender Studies from Pacific Lutheran University.
Jake Riggs joins Foster Garvey’s Business & Corporate Finance group. An accomplished business professional, Jake has held operations, production and general management roles, bringing a vast knowledge of D2C and B2B businesses. Most recently, Jake served as a Senior Supply Chain Manager for Blue Chip Group based in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he supervised supply chain operations for over 50 brands, managing procurement, forecasting and strategic planning. Jake has also co-founded and scaled consumer brands and directed logistics operations, negotiating co-manufacturing agreements, capital raises and distribution strategies. He holds a J.D. from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, an M.B.A. from Texas A&M University and a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado.
Arlington Schade returns to Foster Garvey after serving as a law clerk in the firm’s Real Estate, Land Use & Environmental group. As a law clerk, Arlington honed her drafting and research skills, co-publishing a research memorandum on the 2021 Washington State Energy Code. She interned at the Environmental and Land Use Hearings Office with the Growth Management Hearings Board, where she reviewed and prepared Final Decision Orders, motions and citations to ensure compliance with the Growth Management Act. Arlington holds a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington University in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology.
