Arlington is an associate in the firm's Real Estate, Land Use & Environmental group. 

Arlington gained experience as a law clerk at Foster Garvey, where she honed her drafting and research skills, co-publishing a research memorandum on the 2021 Washington State Energy Code. She interned at the Environmental and Land Use Hearings Office with the Growth Management Hearings Board, where she reviewed and prepared Final Decision Orders, motions and citations to ensure compliance with the Growth Management Act.
