As a junior associate, you'll work closely with innovative and experienced attorneys who value you and are genuinely invested in your development. Our size and tightly knit culture ensure that you won’t be lost in the crowd, and our diverse client base gives you opportunities to make an immediate impact through high-value assignments and direct client service.
With our firm’s focused and efficient team model, you'll work alongside just one or two principals on a client matter. Our first- and second-year associates get to deal directly with clients, negotiating contracts, assisting in notable transactions, deposing witnesses, drafting critical motions, and sometimes even second-chairing a trial. As your skills grow, so will your opportunities. Many of our senior associates take lead roles in client service delivery.
