William is a member of the firm’s Public Finance, Municipal Law and Labor, Employment & Immigration practice groups.
He advises municipalities and government entities on a wide range of matters, including public financing, regulatory compliance and governance issues. Passionate about community involvement and combatting social justice issues, he previously worked as a case manager for affordable housing seekers in Washington’s East King County and as a paralegal helping low-income homeowners in New York City find foreclosure alternatives.
William earned his bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Columbia University and his law degree from the University of Washington School of Law.
