Stacie L. Amasaki
Overview
Stacie serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriters’ counsel on general obligation, revenue and special obligation financings by state and local governments.
Stacie has assisted numerous Washington state municipal clients, including cities, counties, public utility districts, public hospital districts and other special districts in borrowing transactions. She serves as disclosure counsel and drafts the official statements for most of the issues in which she also serves as bond counsel.
