Scott Flichtbeil

Overview

Scott oversees the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the firm. He works closely with Foster Garvey’s Co-Chairs and Executive Committee on matters impacting the firm’s strategic growth and financial sustainability, including budget management, firm integration, recruiting, capital structures and attorney compensation.

Scott also oversees a variety of the firm’s processes and key initiatives, including facilities management; professional development; diversity, equity and inclusion; and pro bono.

He previously served as Foster Garvey’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the firm, Scott worked at other Seattle-area law firms, as well as professional services firms. He earned his MBA from Seattle University.
