Overview
Morgan is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice.
She gained experience as a summer associate at Foster Garvey, where she conducted legal research on a variety of issues and drafted declarations, discovery requests and motions.
Morgan’s legal interests are rooted in service and advocacy, with hands-on experience supporting clients through pro bono initiatives focused on expungement, legal name and gender marker changes and access to justice. She recently contributed to criminal casework and court proceedings at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Yosemite National Park.
Before law school, Morgan worked in health care and early childhood education, where she developed strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills in high-responsibility environments. She holds a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Washington.
