Overview
Maury’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, trusts and estates litigation, not-for-profit corporations, condominiums and cooperatives, insurance coverage issues, sports and entertainment and health care.
Maury has nearly 40 years of practice experience. He was an associate at Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays & Handler and Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam & Roberts; and a partner at Heller, Horowitz & Feit, PC before joining Foster Garvey. Maury has trial and appellate practice in both federal and state courts, commercial arbitrations and administrative proceedings before government agencies. He serves as an arbitrator for the American Health Lawyers Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Service and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Maury has written and lectured nationally on issues pertaining to health care litigation and arbitration.
