Lisa Halvorsen

Overview

Lisa is an experienced and compliance-minded paralegal with over a decade of progressive responsibility across public sector, nonprofit and federally regulated environments.

She is recognized for her in-depth knowledge of public records law and records management and has a proven ability to distill complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical business processes. Before joining the firm, Lisa led agency-wide compliance initiatives with the Public Records Act (PRA) at the King County Housing Authority. She holds a master’s in legal studies with a concentration in regulatory compliance and legal risk management, and a bachelor’s degree in sociology.
