Grant provides support with public finance transactions, including bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriter’s counsel matters.
He has experience in coordinating transactions and drafting offering documents for governmental issuers in Washington, Oregon and Alaska, including cities, counties, fire protection districts, housing authorities, port districts, public utility districts, school districts, universities, water and sewer districts and the State of Washington, among others.
