Lucinda D. Fernald
Overview
Having retired as General Counsel, Cinda participates in Foster Garvey’s pro bono practice through the firm’s Next Chapter program. She represents clients on a pro bono basis on referral from partner organizations such as Lawyers for Good Government, Legal Counsel for Youth and Children, Northwest Immigrant Rights Project and Seattle Clemency Project.
