Overview
Wendy has more than 30 years of litigation experience in multiple areas of law, including construction, civil rights issues, wrongful death, legal and medical malpractice, employment law and creditor’s rights matters. She has experience in multiple venues, including federal, state and tribal courts and administrative law boards in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.
Wendy has extensive experience in all stages of litigation support, from initial client intake through trial or settlement. She supports the trial team in the courtroom by running exhibit presentation software, managing clients and witnesses and overseeing logistics, allowing the attorneys to focus on presenting their case.
