Todd has 30 years of experience in the legal field, including more than two decades as a paralegal with a focus on litigation.

Todd’s litigation experience spans a broad range of cases, from intellectual property, construction law, securities fraud, products liability, patent infringement, criminal defense to civil matters. He has substantial courtroom experience in state court and multiple federal jurisdictions, including providing support at counsel table during trials and hearings through the use of trial presentation software. As a Certified eDiscovery Specialist, Todd possesses strong technical skills and detailed knowledge of a variety of eDiscovery platforms.

He has provided all levels of litigation support, including case management, pleading management, docketing, overseeing client interviews, supervising case assistants, trial preparation, presentation strategy, technical support, research and investigative work.
