Tacy represents public and private property owners and developers on real estate transactions and litigation, and represents homeowners associations and developers of residential, commercial and mixed-use condominium projects.

Tacy also has experience with land use and environmental matters, including due diligence on relevant zoning regulations and comprehensive plans. She also has experience with the federal and state regulatory environmental laws affecting water rights and real property.

Tacy clerked for the Honorable Robert W. Kiesnowski, 17th Judicial District Judge for the Adams County District Court, and the Honorable Mark D. Warner, 17th Judicial District Judge for the Adams County District Court.
