Overview

Ruth focuses on intellectual property and technology transactions in the hospitality, travel and tourism industry, as well as other hospitality operational matters.

Ruth has advised hospitality industry clients for more than 15 years on various technology and IP transactions, many implicating a range of privacy concerns. These matters include various SaaS/cloud agreements and related service and hardware procurement, as well as global sponsorship and branding partnerships, social media influencer content production, videography, photography and musical composition commissions, procurement and licensing. In addition, she has advised many clients on third-party spa and restaurant operations agreements, group sales agreements and general procurement (goods and services) matters.
