Rob brings sound judgment to negotiations and a steady hand to transactions with significant legal and commercial exposure. His clients include those in regulated and asset-intensive sectors such as financial services, real estate, manufacturing, development, agribusiness and energy. Many of his matters involve layered ownership structures, jurisdictional complexity and long-term business planning.

In the financing area, Rob has extensive experience drafting and negotiating financing arrangements, including credit agreements, loan documents, note purchased agreements and related security documents and intercreditor agreements.
