Rachel has more than 20 years of experience and is responsible for plan document preparation and submission; on-going document maintenance for more than 150 defined contribution plans, including summary plan descriptions, amendments, corporate resolutions, plan terminations, and IRS compliance resolution programs; and the preparation of DOL audit responses and Voluntary Fiduciary Compliance Program applications.
