Pam has more than 25 years of experience providing support to attorneys as a paralegal and legal practice assistant.

She has assisted attorneys in a variety of areas that include commercial, construction, and real estate litigation; creditors’ rights; estate planning, trusts and probate; financing, loan closings, real estate, and municipal/public finance transactions, which includes the drafting, reviewing, and revising of documents, and transcript preparation of closing documents.

As a corporate paralegal, Pam’s responsibilities have included formation, mergers and dissolution of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships; applying for EINs; UCC filings and searches; filing annual reports; and other corporate maintenance and due diligence matters.
