Overview
Morgan is an associate in the firm's Investment Management practice.
Bringing a multidisciplinary skill set with extensive experience in tax law, Morgan joined Foster Garvey from a Big Four firm where he managed multi-state tax services. He has experience managing state income tax compliance, controversy and consulting engagements for both corporate and pass-through entities. He has supervised hundreds of state income tax filings while simultaneously managing local and international project teams and has successfully advised on the tax implications of company sales and acquisitions. Morgan applies his tax consulting and advisory experience to the tax law needs of the firm’s broad base of public pension fund and other institutional investor clients.
Morgan holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Francisco, a joint J.D./M.B.A. from Seattle University School of Law and Albers School of Business and Economics and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from Eastern Washington University.
