Maggie provides support to attorneys in the Public Finance practice in their capacities as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriters’ counsel.

She has extensive experience drafting and reviewing documents necessary for the authorization, issuance and delivery of tax-exempt and taxable municipal bonds, as well as coordinating and managing transactions from inception to closing. Representative issuers include cities, counties, fire protection districts, hospital districts, housing authorities and school districts.
