Joanne is an environmental attorney counseling clients on environmental litigation, transactions and regulatory compliance.

Joanne has experience handling complex environmental issues related to site remediation, environmental cost recovery, contaminated property transactions and compliance involving federal, state and municipal environmental laws and regulations, including CERCLA (the “Superfund” law), Model Toxics Control Act, Clean Water Act, RCRA and TSCA. She regularly counsels public and private entities on a variety environmental issues and has experience handling citizen suits involving alleged violations of the Clean Water Act and other environmental statutes. Prior to moving to Seattle, Joanne practiced environmental law in New Jersey and New York.
