Ethan is an associate in the firm’s Investment Management practice.

He advises public and private institutional investors on domestic and international investments across a variety of alternative asset classes, including private equity funds, hedge funds, infrastructure, credit and real estate funds. His experience includes reviewing and negotiating primary fund commitments, co-investments and secondary transactions, as well as advising on fund structuring and governance matters.

Ethan also has experience advising on the tax implications of cross-border investments and structured transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, securitizations and debt restructurings. He works closely with clients to assess tax risks and optimize investment structures in compliance with U.S. and international tax regulations.
