Overview

Erin’s deep experience allows her to effectively and efficiently counsel clients in the ever-changing technology, hospitality, tourism, and travel industries.

Representing several of the travel industry’s most prominent companies, Erin adds new capabilities and depth to the Foster Garvey Hospitality, Travel & Tourism team, including enterprise sales and licensing, sourcing, IP licensing, sales and distribution, and privacy. Erin also works closely with clients to develop privacy and data security compliance programs and social media and blogging programs, including creating internal and external policies for social media partners and contractors.

In addition to focusing on the hospitality industry, Erin represents clients in the software, technology services, mobile, gaming, and entertainment industries. Her transactional work includes software and software-as-a-service products and technology-related content in relation to development, acquisition, licensing, distribution, marketing, and advertising.

Before joining Foster Garvey, Erin was a founder and principal of a successful women-owned, WBENC Certified firm, Snodgrass Annand PLLC. Erin has also served as an adjunct Professor at Seattle University School of Law, teaching an upper-division Advanced Issues in Copyright Law class.

Erin has been named a “Super Lawyer” by Washington Law & Politics annually since 2015.
