Overview

Deborah focuses on representing creditors in all aspects of secured transactions, receiverships, bankruptcies and workout proceedings.

In particular, Deborah has substantial experience representing lenders, leasing companies, trade creditors, trustees and receivers.

Deborah was recently singled out by the highly regarded Chambers USA legal directory, which annually interviews firm clients. In addition to a top-ranking of Foster Garvey's Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy practice, Deborah is “lauded for her strong creditor-focused practice and is identified as ‘a very good insolvency lawyer.’”
