Dave's practice incorporates a wide range of business and personal law, with a focus on tax planning.

Dave counsels clients on business formation and operations, reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions and sales of professional service entities, as well as estate tax planning. As one of the few attorneys in the Spokane area specializing in probate law, he assists clients with the administration of probates and trusts, TEDRA agreements, and handles complex 1031 exchanges. Additionally, he advises clients in the creation and qualification of nonprofit corporations and counsels corporate boards on governance and operational issues.
