Christopher is a dual-qualified U.S. attorney and solicitor in England and Wales with more than 25 years of experience in corporate and financial law. 

His practice spans private investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, capital markets and governance, with particular strength in cross-border matters and industries under strict oversight.

He structures private equity, venture capital, real estate and hybrid funds, creating vehicles that address complex investor needs while meeting jurisdictional requirements. His capital markets work includes IPOs, private placements and secondary offerings. Christopher also guides acquisitions, joint ventures and other major transactions in defense, healthcare, cannabis, hospitality, real estate and technology, where international review and regulatory approval often prove decisive.

Beyond transactional work, Christopher advises leadership teams on corporate governance and long-term strategy. He oversees foreign investment reviews and multi-jurisdictional matters requiring coordination across legal, financial and operational teams. He also engages with legislators and regulators on licensing frameworks and policy initiatives in emerging markets.

His background includes structured finance, insurance-linked transactions, securitizations and derivative products developed for financial institutions and private funds. This technical experience complements his broader corporate practice and adds depth to his work on capital structures and regulatory compliance.

Outside of his practice, Christopher supports nonprofit and community efforts in the arts, heritage preservation and workforce development.
