Overview
In her civil litigation practice, Audrey focuses on helping clients navigate a broad range of disputes from initiation through resolution and on appeal. As a passionate client advocate, Audrey provides practical and creative solutions to resolve complex legal disputes, in addition to helping her clients achieve their business goals.
Audrey’s practice concentrates on advising both private and public entities with respect to construction, eminent domain, public utilities, local improvement districts, and municipal procurement. Audrey’s clients look to her for comprehensive review and counseling in commercial contracts, regulatory compliance and risk management.
The breadth of Audrey’s litigation experience spans a range of cases across a variety of practice areas, including disputes over implied easements, non-judicial foreclosure, construction defect, lien, and delay claims, intellectual property, commercial leases, and business torts. Having litigated in both trial and appellate courts, as well as in private arbitration, Audrey is adept at developing innovative strategies and solutions to meet the unique needs of her clients. Harmonizing passionate advocacy with real-world sensibility, clients appreciate Audrey’s direct and dynamic approach to problem-solving.
Prior to joining Foster Garvey, Audrey previously worked in insurance defense where she defended clients against claims for personal injury, construction defect, and professional malpractice. In law school, Audrey served as a legal extern for the Appellate Division of the Thurston County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. She later worked as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jack Nevin (retired) of Pierce County Superior Court, Department 6. Audrey also participated in the Prosecution Clerkship at the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office where she was a Rule 9 Licensed Legal Intern assigned to the Special Assault Unit.
In her spare time, Audrey is an avid weightlifter, scuba diver, snowboarder, and lover of the great outdoors.
