Overview
Anne is an associate in the firm's Commercial & IP Transactions practice.
She is an experienced attorney who applies regulatory knowledge and dispute resolution experience to Foster Garvey’s leading Alcoholic Beverages practice. Previously a member of a Seattle-based law firm, Anne led civil litigation cases in federal courts, administrative courts and in private arbitration for alcoholic beverage, health care and other clients. Anne also served the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions as Assistant General Counsel, interpreting and applying federal and state securities laws, regulations and statements of policy and corresponded with issuers to discuss compliance.
She clerked for the Hon. David W. Christel of the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington and for the Hon. Frances Marie Tydingco-Gatewood of the U.S. District Court of Guam. Anne holds a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in international relations and Mandarin Chinese from Michigan State University.
