Alina has nearly a decade of legal experience representing emerging companies, financial institutions, issuers, underwriters. Alina’s practice focuses on advising emerging, high-growth companies of all sizes through the various phases of their life cycles, including formation and incorporation, equity and debt financings, capital raises, and day-to-day corporate governance. Her practice also focuses on counseling investors and venture capital firms, offering strategic guidance for their investments in early and high-growth companies.

Alina represents clients spanning a variety of industries and sectors, including technology, food and beverage, sports and entertainment, beauty and wellness, fashion and apparel, and manufacturing.
