Adam focuses his practice on representing public and private owners and developers, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, brokers and lenders in construction transactions and litigation.

He represents clients in disputes over bid protests, construction defects and property damage, extra work and delay claims, errors and omissions in design documents, tenant improvements, breach of warranty, insurance coverage and mechanic’s liens. Adam has also represented public, quasi-public and private entities with procurement matters.

Adam also represents clients in general commercial litigation and dispute resolution related to real estate, condemnation and contract disputes.
