“Highest and Best Use,” Seattle Chapter of the Appraisal Institute’s 15th Annual Fall Real Estate Conference 2021
Cynthia Frasier and Kinnon Williams will be speaking at the Seattle Chapter of the Appraisal Institute’s 15th Annual Fall Real Estate Conference. This year’s conference is a hybrid event, where attendees can elect to attend in-person at the Sheraton Grand Seattle in Seattle, WA, or virtually.
Cynthia and Kinnon will be co-presenting on the concept of “Highest and Best Use.” Specific topics will include:
- the reasonably probable and legal use of vacant land
- the four tests of highest and best use
- the unit rule
- reasonable probability of a rezone
- stigma damage
