Brad Deutsch was quoted on the Free Speech For People (FSFP) blog to discuss the recent petition urging the U.S. Supreme Court to review the lawsuit that challenges SpeechNow.org v. Federal Election Commission, the 2010 appeals court ruling that created super PACs.
“The SpeechNow decision grossly misinterpreted the Supreme Court’s precedent in Citizens United. This case provides the Supreme Court the opportunity to correct the D.C. Circuit’s mistake,” said Brad Deutsch.
