She served as Washington counsel, working alongside national counsel at Tucker Arensberg PC, in representing the Alaska Plumbing & Pipefitting Industry Pension Fund in the federal action.
The union pension fund filed suit in early 2025, alleging that Honeywell failed to make a required quarterly payment to the fund in May 2024, resulting in $1.2 million owed. The parties reached settlement in a joint stipulation for dismissal on February 13, 2026.
