On Thursday, April 9, Andrew Randles (Director of Finance and Accounting, Portland) was recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree at the Portland Business Journal's 2026 40 Under 40 award ceremony. 

In a Q&A piece profiling Andrew as one of the Portland Business Journal’s 2026 40 Under 40 honorees, Andrew shares his career highlights, thoughts on leadership and his favorite activity on a sunny day in Portland.

Andrew describes himself as a “dependable and proactive leader,” noting that he prioritizes transparency on his team so that everyone can work together to tackle problems holistically and strategically. He champions data-driven innovation, prioritizes collaboration and leads more than 20 employees in the firm's Portland and Seattle offices.

Andrew was selected as a 40 Under 40 honoree not only for his leadership at Foster Garvey, but for his tireless community advocacy. He has served as president of the board of trustees at the Multnomah Athletic Club; as a founding member of the Oregon Historical Society’s ambassador board, The Cabinet; and is an active volunteer at St. Thomas More Catholic School in Portland, where he was recently named to the School Advisory Council.
