Cynthia Frasier and Kinnon Williams will be speaking at the Seattle Chapter of the Appraisal Institute's 15th Annual Fall Real Estate Conference. This year's conference is a hybrid event, where attendees can elect to attend in-person at the Sheraton Grand Seattle in Seattle, WA, or virtually.
