Addressing Human Trafficking Risks in Hospitality, Academy of Hospitality Industry Attorneys (AHIA) Fall Meeting

Kristina D. Dickens will participate in a panel discussion at the Academy of Hospitality Industry Attorneys (AHIA) Fall Meeting focused on human trafficking risks in the hospitality industry. The program will provide an overview of how trafficking is defined and regulated under federal and state law, how the hospitality industry is most affected and the ways in which hospitality businesses may encounter exposure.

Kristina will address important regulatory considerations and prevention measures, including training, internal protocols and awareness initiatives within hotels, food and beverage establishments and other hospitality settings.
