This CLE webcast is an invaluable opportunity to hear from seasoned practitioners and notable figures in the alcohol business community. The program is designed to cover a wide range of topics including the fundamentals of alcohol business, marketing compliance, and critical considerations in intellectual property and employment.

We are proud to announce that Emily Gant from Foster Garvey will be leading the event as the chair, and Jared Van Kirk will lend his insights as a member of the faculty.

    • 9:00 a.m. - Emily Gant will delve into "Washington Liquor Laws: How Tied House Rules Shape the Business of Alcohol." This presentation will explore the pivotal role of Tied House laws, established after the Prohibition era, in influencing entity structure, licensing, operations, sales, and marketing within the alcoholic beverage sector.
    • 11:15 a.m. - Jared Van Kirk will participate in the Labor & Employment Panel. This segment will offer diverse insights into labor, employment, and agriculture, addressing pressing issues such as unionizing, fair pay, and immigration, and providing strategies for thoughtful client advisement.
