Brad focuses on the general representation of health care clients, including hospitals, physicians and other health care providers and payors, as well as clients who provide products and services to the health care industry. He has extensive experience serving as bond counsel, borrower’s counsel and underwriter’s counsel in connection with the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable obligations.
