Overview
Alina is a founder, venture capital and entertainment attorney. She works with startups across the fitness, wellness, sports, entertainment, lifestyle, tech, hospitality, fashion and food & beverage industries.
Alina advises founders on corporate governance matters from formation through mergers and acquisitions. She supports startups of all sizes, as well as venture capital firms, in capital raises and other equity and debt financings. She also counsels celebrities, content creators, lifestyle brands, app developers and visionaries on contractual matters, investment strategy and commercial agreements.
Prior to Alina’s focus on emerging companies and creative ventures, she worked on structured finance transactions and advised financial institutions on regulatory compliance and risk.
