    • This session will provide attendees with a basic overview and framework for understanding how data centers are valued.
  • “The Impossible Possible: A review of RCW 64.65 the Uniform Easement Relocation Act Law,” presented by Kinnon Williams and Anthony Godwin
    • A review of the new Uniform Easement Relocation Act Law, outlined in RCW 64.65, which allows servient owners to seek to relocate an easement without the neighboring easement holder’s consent. At the end of this session, learners will have a basic understanding of the new rules and how this may affect value.
  • “Commercial Covenants: Should Everything Have an Expiration Date?” presented by Jacque St. Romain and Kinnon Williams
    • This session explores the benefits and drawbacks of commercial covenants and how changing market conditions can affect their impact on commercial property owners. By the end of the session, attendees will have the skill set needed to better advise commercial property owners on the positive and negative impacts of commercial covenants and how changing market conditions may affect them.
  • “Isn’t it Nice to Be So Close to the Park: Understanding the New Dynamics of How Proximity to Parks May Affect Value – The Denny Blaine Case Study,” presented by Rylan Weythman and Kinnon Williams
    • Explore how proximity to parks can positively and negatively affect property values and buyer perceptions in today’s political and regulatory environment, using the Denny Blaine case study as an example. At the end of this session, attendees will understand the positive and negative impacts that parks can have on buyers in the current political environment.
