Lar’Ranz (Larz) Guider

Overview

Larz is an associate in the firm’s Investment Management group.

He gained experience as a legal defense fund clerk at the National Association of Social Workers and completed an externship at a global law firm in state and local taxation, where he conducted research on state and local tax matters and tracked legislative developments.

Larz also completed an externship at Deloitte in federal tax credits and incentives, where he drafted memos related to Qualified Opportunity Zones and New Markets Tax Credit programs.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
