Jake is an associate in the firm’s Business & Corporate Finance group.
An accomplished business professional, Jake has worked in operations, production and general management roles with a vast knowledge of D2C and B2B businesses. Most recently, Jake served as a Senior Supply Chain Manager for Blue Chip Group based in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he supervised supply chain operations for over 50 brands, managing procurement, forecasting and strategic planning. Jake has also co-founded and scaled consumer brands and directed logistics operations, negotiating co-manufacturing agreements, capital raises and distribution strategies. He now brings this experience to his legal practice, focusing on corporate law and intellectual property to help companies protect and grow their businesses.
